Terms and Conditions for Participation in the Probike Grand Century #60 1-2 Nov 2025
1. การไม่คืนค่าสมัคร (Non-refundable Registration Fee)
บริษัทฯขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการ ไม่คืนค่าสมัครในทุกกรณี ไม่ว่าด้วยเหตุใด และจะดำเนินการจัดส่งของที่ระลึกให้ตามชื่อและที่อยู่ที่ผู้สมัครระบุไว้เท่านั้น
Probike reserves the right not to refund the registration fee under any circumstances, for any reason. Souvenirs will be delivered to the name and address provided by the participant only.
2. การรับผิดชอบต่อความเสี่ยงส่วนบุคคล (Assumption of Personal Risk)
ผู้สมัครรับทราบและยอมรับว่าการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมปั่นจักรยานมีความเสี่ยงต่อการเกิดอุบัติเหตุ การบาดเจ็บ ความเสียหายต่อทรัพย์สิน หรือเหตุอันอาจส่งผลต่อสุขภาพหรือชีวิต ซึ่งบริษัทฯ ไม่มีส่วนรับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหาย สูญหาย หรือการสูญเสียใด ๆ อันเกิดขึ้นระหว่างการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม
Participants acknowledge and accept that cycling involves inherent risks, including accidents, injuries, property damage, or events that may affect health or life. Probike shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or death occurring during participation in the event.
3. การประกันอุบัติเหตุ (Accident Insurance)
การคุ้มครองประกันอุบัติเหตุเป็นไปตาม วงเงินและเงื่อนไข ของบริษัทผู้รับประกันที่บริษัทฯ จัดหาให้เท่านั้น
Accident insurance coverage is subject to the limits and terms set by the insurance provider arranged by Probike.
4. ข้อมูลสุขภาพและความพร้อมร่างกาย (Health Information and Physical Readiness)
ผู้สมัครต้องเปิดเผยข้อมูลสุขภาพ โรคประจำตัว หรือความเสี่ยงทางการแพทย์ อย่างถูกต้องและครบถ้วน เพื่อให้ผู้จัดสามารถพิจารณามาตรการเฝ้าระวังที่เหมาะสม ทั้งนี้ผู้สมัครมีหน้าที่รับผิดชอบต่อการประเมินความพร้อมของร่างกายตนเองก่อนเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม และบริษัทฯ ไม่ต้องรับผิดชอบใด ๆ ในกรณีเกิดเหตุอันเนื่องมาจากสภาพร่างกายของผู้สมัคร
Participants must provide accurate and complete health information, including any pre-existing medical conditions or risks, to allow Probike to implement appropriate precautions. Participants are solely responsible for assessing their own physical readiness prior to the event. Probike shall not be held responsible for any incident resulting from the participant’s physical condition.
5. การปฏิบัติตามกฎและมาตรการความปลอดภัย (Compliance with Rules and Safety Measures)
ผู้สมัครต้องปฏิบัติตามกฎของผู้จัด กฎจราจร คำแนะนำของเจ้าหน้าที่ และมาตรการความปลอดภัยตลอดการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม รวมถึงการสวมหมวกนิรภัยมาตรฐานและใช้จักรยานที่อยู่ในสภาพพร้อมใช้งาน
Participants must follow all rules set by Probike, comply with traffic regulations, adhere to instructions from officials, and observe safety measures throughout the event. This includes wearing a certified helmet and ensuring that the bicycle is in proper working condition.
6. การใช้สิทธิ์ในภาพถ่ายและวิดีโอ (Use of Photographs and Videos)
บริษัทฯขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการบันทึกภาพถ่าย วิดีโอ หรือเสียงของผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม และนำไปใช้เพื่อประชาสัมพันธ์หรือกิจกรรมทางการตลาดโดยไม่ต้องขออนุญาตหรือจ่ายค่าตอบแทนใด ๆ
Probike reserves the right to capture photographs, videos, or audio recordings of participants during the event and to use such materials for promotional or marketing purposes without prior consent or compensation.
7. เหตุสุดวิสัย (Force Majeure)
ในกรณีเกิดเหตุสุดวิสัย เช่น ภัยธรรมชาติ อุบัติเหตุร้ายแรง เหตุการณ์ความไม่สงบ โรคระบาด หรือเหตุอื่นใดที่อยู่นอกเหนือการควบคุมของบริษัทฯ ซึ่งส่งผลให้กิจกรรมต้องเลื่อน เปลี่ยนแปลง หรือยกเลิก บริษัทฯขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการไม่คืนค่าสมัคร และไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายใด ๆ อันเกิดจากเหตุสุดวิสัยดังกล่าว
In the event of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, major accidents, civil unrest, epidemics, or any other circumstances beyond Probike’s control, which result in the postponement, modification, or cancellation of the event, Probike reserves the right not to refund the registration fee and shall not be liable for any resulting loss or damage.
ข้าพเจ้าขอยืนยันว่าข้าพเจ้าได้อ่าน ทำความเข้าใจ และยอมรับข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมทั้งหมดแล้ว และจะปฏิบัติตามอย่างเคร่งครัดโดยสมัครใจ
I hereby confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to all the terms and conditions of participation, and I voluntarily agree to comply with them in full.
