Q1: Can Trek customers still receive service at PROBIKE service centers?
A: Absolutely. We continue to provide after-sales support, warranty claims, and regular check-ups for Trek bikes during this transition period.
Q2: Will there be any changes or closures to PROBIKE service centers?
A: Our service centers remain open and professionally operated. We’re planning a redesign to align with our new business direction focused on health and technology. These service centers remain the heart of PROBIKE and a key driver of our continued journey.
Q3: Will PROBIKE continue offering high-quality products in the future?
A: Quality is at the core of PROBIKE’s philosophy. We will continue to import top-tier products and maintain our friendly, solutions-oriented service for cyclists — with a commitment to improving even further.
Q4: Will PROBIKE still organize cycling events?
A: Definitely. We’re reshaping our events to be more fun and meaningful, with a greater emphasis on health and inclusivity across all rider groups.
Flagship events like the PROBIKE GRAND CENTURY will remain and continue to be a cornerstone of our community. The name might evolve slightly to reflect new goals, but the quality will always be preserved.
Smaller, frequent rides like the “Pu Chuan Pun Gravel”, “MTB EPIC”, and light-hearted events such as “Pu Tuad Chuan Pun” will rotate throughout the year.
For mid-sized events, we’re revisiting how they are organized to enhance the experience.
In addition, our team plans to join local rides hosted by our dealers — just let us know in advance and we’ll be there on the saddle with you.
